GENDER-AFFIRMING THERAPY IN IOWA
Chad Mohammad, MSW, LISW · Telehealth statewide across Iowa · In person in Cedar Falls
WHO THIS IS FOR
Queer and trans people are at the heart of my practice, alongside ADHD, autism, trauma, identity, and burnout.
I am a therapist you do not have to educate. You will not spend your sessions explaining what trans means, defending your transition, or managing my reactions.
Queer and trans people welcome.
HOW IT WORKS
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Telehealth anywhere in Iowa, or in person at 200 State Street, Suite 202K, Cedar Falls.

For ongoing therapy I take Iowa Total Care, Molina, Wellpoint / Amerigroup, Anthem, Wellmark BCBS, Optum, Oscar, and UHC.
Separate from letters, I hold a small number of ongoing therapy openings for people who are underinsured or cannot pay. Say so when you reach out. No documentation is required.
